وَلَا يَصِحُّ (سَلَفٌ فِيهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَعْدِنِ، نَصًّا؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي مَا فِيهِ، فَهُوَ مِنْ بَيْعِ الْغَرَرِ.
