(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (شَيْءٍ بِعَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ وَنَحْوِهَا إلَّا مَا) أَيْ: قَدْرًا مِنْ الْمَبِيعِ (يُسَاوِي دِرْهَمًا) ، لِجَهَالَةِ الْمُسْتَثْنَى.
