(وَيَصِحُّ) بَيْعُ شَيْءٍ بِعَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ مَثَلًا (إلَّا بِقَدْرِ دِرْهَمٍ؛ لِأَنَّهُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ) قَوْلِهِ: (بِعْتُكَ تِسْعَةَ أَعْشَارِهِ بِعَشَرَةٍ) ، وَذَلِكَ لَا جَهَالَةَ فِيهِ.
