لَوْ اشْتَبَهَ عَبْدُهُ بِعَبْدٍ غَيرِهِ، لَمْ يَصِحَّ بَيعُ أَحَدِهِمَا قَبلَ قُرْعَةٍ.

[فَرْعٌ اشْتَبَهَ عَبْدُهُ بِعَبْدِ غَيْره فَمَا حُكْم الْبَيْع] (فَرْعٌ: لَوْ اشْتَبَهَ عَبْدُهُ بِعَبْدِ غَيْرِهِ، لَمْ يَصِحَّ بَيْعُ أَحَدِهِمَا قَبْلَ قُرْعَةٍ) .
