مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ يَصِحُّ) بَيْعُ أَحَدِ الْعَبْدَيْنِ (قَبْلَهَا) ، أَيْ: قَبْلَ الْقُرْعَةِ (إنْ تَبَيَّنَ أَنَّهُ عَبْدُهُ) بِأَمَارَةٍ لَا خَفَاءَ مَعَهَا؛ لِزَوَالِ الِاشْتِبَاهِ الْمَوْقِعِ فِي الرِّيبَةِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
