وَكُرِهَ لِغَيرِ مُحْتَكِرٍ تِجَارَةٌ فِي قُوتٍ إنْ تَرَبَّصَ بِهِ السِّعْرَ لَا جَالِبًا بِسِعرِ يَوْمِهِ،

(وَكُرِهَ لِغَيْرِ مُحْتَكِرٍ تِجَارَةٌ فِي قُوتِ) آدَمِيٍّ، (إنْ تَرَبَّصَ بِهِ السِّعْرَ) ، وَ (لَا) يُكْرَهُ لَهُ التِّجَارَةُ بِالْقُوتِ إذَا كَانَ (جَالِبًا) مِنْ خَارِجٍ لِيَبِيعَهُ (بِسِعْرِ يَوْمِهِ) لِمَا فِي فِعْلِ ذَلِكَ مِنْ التَّوْسِعَةِ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَالرِّفْقِ بِهِمْ.
