(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : أَنَّ لَهُ الشِّرَاءَ مِنْ الْبَلَدِ الْكَبِيرِ وَحَبْسَهُ حَتَّى يَغْلُوَ (مَا لَمْ يَضِقْ) عَلَى النَّاسِ،

فَإِنْ ضَيَّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ؛ كُرِهَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي الرِّعَايَةِ الْكُبْرَى " وَغَيْرِهَا، وَلَمْ يَحْرُمْ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِمُحْتَكِرٍ، لَكِنَّ تَرْكَ ادِّخَارِهِ لِذَلِكَ أَوْلَى. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
