(أَخْذُ زِيَادَةٍ) عَلَى ثَمَنِ الْمِثْلِ أَوْ مُثَمَّنٍ (بِلَا حَقٍّ) ، (قَالَهُ الشَّيْخُ) تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ، وَاقْتَصَرَ عَلَيْهِ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ ".
