وَأَنَّ تَفْصِيلَهُ كَغَصْب كَمَا يَأْتِي، إلَّا في صِحَّةِ عِبَادَةٍ فِيهِ لإِعْرَاضِ رَبِّهِ عَنْهُ بِطِيبِ نَفْسٍ،

(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ (أَنَّ تَفْصِيلَهُ كَغَصْبٍ كَمَا يَأْتِي) فِي بَابِهِ (إلَّا فِي صِحَّةِ عِبَادَةٍ فِيهِ) ، فَتَنْعَقِدُ صَحِيحَةً وَلَا تُعَادُ؛ (لِإِعْرَاضِ رَبِّهِ عَنْهُ بِطِيبِ نَفْسٍ) مِنْهُ، فَفَارَقَ الْغَصْبَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْحَيْثِيَّةِ
