(فَإِنْ أُكْرِهَ أَحَدُهُمَا؛ بَقِيَ خِيَارُهُ) إلَى زَوَالِ الْإِكْرَاهِ وَالتَّفَرُّقِ مِنْ مَجْلِسٍ زَالَ فِيهِ الْإِكْرَاهُ (فَقَطْ) ؛ أَيْ: دُونَ خِيَارِ صَاحِبِهِ.
