(وَيَتَّجِهُ) عَلَى الْأَوَّلِ مِنْ أَنَّهُ يُفْسَخُ قَبْلَ رَدِّ الثَّمَنِ، وَهُوَ الْمَذْهَبُ، لَكِنْ (لَهُ) أَيْ: الْمُشْتَرِي (حَبْسُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَبِيعِ، (لِيَرُدَّ) الْبَائِعُ (الثَّمَنَ وَنَحْوَهُ) . وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
