وَلَا يَسْقُطُ خِيَارٌ بِتَصَرُّفٍ لِتَجرِبَةٍ؛ كَرُكُوبٍ لِمَعرِفَةِ مَسيِرٍ، وَحَلْبٍ لِمَعرِفَةِ قَدرِ لَبَن،

(وَلَا يَسْقُطُ خِيَارُ) مُشْتَرٍ (بِتَصَرُّفٍ) فِي مَبِيعٍ (لِتَجْرِبَةٍ؛ كَرُكُوبِ) دَابَّةٍ (لِمَعْرِفَةِ سَيْرِهَا، وَحَلْبِ) شَاةٍ (لِمَعْرِفَةِ قَدْرِ لَبَنِهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ الْمَقْصُودُ زَمَنَ الْخِيَارِ؛ فَلَمْ يَبْطُلْ بِهِ،
