(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّ حُكْمَ (كُلٍّ عِوَضٌ مُعَيَّنٌ قُبِضَ) وَاخْتَلَفَا فِي أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ الْمَرْدُودَ، (كَمَبِيعٍ) عَلَى مَا تَقَدَّمَ آنِفًا وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
