(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَأَرْشُهُ) قِسْطُ (مَا بَيْنَ كَوْنِهِ) أَيْ: الْعَبْدِ (مَقْطُوعًا) طَرَفُهُ (بِالْفِعْلِ، أَوْ) كَوْنِهِ (مُسْتَحِقًّا لِلْقَطْعِ) ، فَيُقَوَّمُ مُسْتَحِقَّ الْقَطْعِ وَمَقْطُوعًا، وَيُرَدُّ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا؛ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
