مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ بَاعَهُ) مُشْتَرِي الْقَفِيزِ، (كُلَّهُ، أَوْ) بَاعَهُ (مِنْ كُلِّهِ) ، أَيْ: كُلِّ الْقَفِيزِ (جُزْءًا) ، كَنِصْفٍ أَوْ ثُلُثٍ (يُسَاوِي مَا قَبَضَ) قَدْرًا، (انْصَرَفَ) الْبَيْعِ (إلَى الْمَقْبُوضِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ لَهُ بَيْعُهُ.
