(وَفِي مُوَاضِعَةٍ: وَهِيَ بَيْعٌ بِخُسْرَانٍ) ، كَبِعْتَكَهُ بِرَأْسِ مَالِهِ وَوَضِيعَةِ عَشَرَةٍ (وَكُرِهَ فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: الْمُوَاضَعَةِ (مَا كُرِهَ فِي مُرَابَحَةٍ) ، كَعَلَيَّ أَنْ أَضَعَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ دِرْهَمًا،
