وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَلَوْ أَقَامَ بَيِّنَةً، وَإِلَّا فَالْجَاهِلُ مِثْلُهُ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ يَلْزَمُهُ الْبَيْعُ - (وَلَوْ أَقَامَ بَيِّنَةً) بِأَنَّ مَا بَاعَهَا بِهِ دُونَ ثَمَنِهَا - (وَإِلَّا) نَقَلَ بِإِلْزَامِهِ الْبَيْعَ، (فَالْجَاهِلُ مِثْلُهُ) ، وَهَذَا لَا قَائِلَ بِهِ، وَلَا يَبْقَى مَزِيَّةٌ لِقَوْلِهِمْ عَالِمًا. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
