مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَحْلِفُ وَارِثٌ حَضَرَ الْعَقْدَ عَلَى الْبَتِّ) ، إنْ عَلِمَ الثَّمَنَ، (وَإِلَّا) يَحْضُرْ الْعَقْدَ، أَوْ لَمْ يَعْلَمْ الثَّمَنَ، فَيَحْلِفُ (عَلَى نَفْيِ الْعِلْمِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ عَلَى فِعْلِ الْغَيْرِ.

ثُمَّ بَعْدَ التَّحَالُفِ
