(وَلَا خِيَارَ فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: الْإِقَالَةِ، لَا لِمَجْلِسٍ وَلَا غَيْرِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا فَسْخٌ، وَالْفَسْخُ لَا يُفْسَخُ. (وَلَا شُفْعَةَ) فِيهَا، نَصًّا، كَالرَّدِّ بِالْعَيْبِ.
