(وَلَا) تَصِحُّ الْإِقَالَةُ (مِنْ وَكِيلٍ) فِي عَقْدٍ (بِلَا إذْنِ مُوَكِّلِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُوَكَّلْ فِي الْفَسْخِ.
