(لَا) يَصِحُّ بَيْعُ مَنْزُوعٍ نَوَاهُ (مَعَ نَوَاهُ بِمَا) ، أَيْ: بِمَنْزُوعِ النَّوَى (مَعَ نَوَاهُ) ، لِزَوَالِ التَّبَعِيَّةِ، فَهِيَ كَمَسْأَلَةِ مُدِّ عَجْوَةٍ وَدِرْهَمٍ، (وَلَا) بَيْعُ (مَنْزُوعٍ نَوَاهُ بِمَا نَوَاهُ فِيهِ) ، لِعَدَمِ التَّسَاوِي،
