(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (خَلِّ عِنَبٍ بِخَلِّ زَبِيبٍ) - وَلَوْ مُتَمَاثِلًا - لِانْفِرَادِ خَلِّ الزَّبِيبِ بِالْمَاءِ (بَلْ) يَجُوزُ بَيْعُ (خَلِّ كُلٍّ مِنْهُمَا) ، أَيْ: الْعِنَبِ وَالزَّبِيبِ (بِمِثْلِهِ) ، لِتَسَاوِيهِمَا
