(وَيَتَّجِهُ إنْ قَصَدَ الثَّمَرَ أَيْضًا) بِالْبَيْعِ حَالَ الْعَقْدِ (وَلَا) يَصِحُّ، لِشَبَهِهَا بِمَسْأَلَةِ مُدِّ عَجْوَةٍ وَدِرْهَمٍ، بِمُدِّ عَجْوَةٍ وَدِرْهَمٍ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
