وَمَنْ وَجَبَ عَلَيهِ دَرَاهِمُ بِعَقْدٍ، فَأَعطَى عَنْهَا دَنَانِيرَ، ثم انْفَسَخَ رَجَعَ بِالدَّرَاهِمِ.

(وَمَنْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ دَرَاهِمُ بِعَقْدٍ، فَأَعْطَى عَنْهَا) ، أَيْ: عَنْ الدَّرَاهِمِ (دَنَانِيرَ، ثُمَّ انْفَسَخَ) الْعَقْدُ، (رَجَعَ) مُعْطِي الدَّنَانِيرَ (بِالدَّرَاهِمِ) الْمَعْقُودِ عَلَيْهَا، لَا بِمَا أُعْطِيَ عَنْهَا
