(وَيَنْبَغِي) لِلْمُقْتَرِضِ (أَنْ يُعْلِمَ الْمُقْرِضَ بِحَالِهِ وَلَا يَغُرَّهُ؛ كَفَقِيرٍ يَتَزَوَّجُ) بِامْرَأَةٍ (مُوسِرَةٍ) ، فَيُعْلِمُهَا بِفَقْرِهِ لِئَلَّا يَغُرَّهَا،
