(وَاخْتَارَ الشَّيْخُ) تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ (صِحَّةَ تَأْجِيلِ قَرْضٍ وَغَيْرِهِ) ؛ كَثَمَنِ مَبِيعٍ وَقِيمَةِ مُتْلَفٍ وَغَيْرِهِ، وَلُزُومُهُ إلَى أَجَلِهِ؛ لِحَدِيثِ:«الْمُؤْمِنُونَ عِنْدَ شُرُوطِهِمْ»
