(وَ) لَا يُشْتَرَطُ كَثِيرٌ فِي (نَزْحٍ) حَيْثُ زَالَ تَغَيُّرُ مَنْزُوحٌ مِنْهُ، لِاشْتِرَاطِهِمْ الْكَثْرَةَ فِي الْبَاقِي بَعْدَ النَّزَحِ لَا فِيمَا نُزِحَ
