(وَيَتَّجِهُ) لَا سِيَّمَا (إنْ كَانَ) الْقِنُّ الْمَرْهُونُ (أُنْثَى أَوْ كَانَ أَمْرَدَ) ، فَيَتَأَكَّدُ اشْتِرَاطُ كَوْنِهِ بِيَدِ مُسْلِمٍ عَدْلٍ خَشْيَةَ الْفِتْنَةِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
