(وَحَرُمَ) عَلَى وَلِيٍّ، (وَلَا يَصِحُّ مِنْهُ رَهْنُ مَالِ يَتِيمٍ لِفَاسِقٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَعْرِيضٌ بِهِ لِلْهَلَاكِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يَجْحَدُهُ الْفَاسِقُ، أَوْ يُفَرِّطُ فِيهِ فَيَضِيعُ.
