(لَكِنْ تَصِحُّ اسْتِنَابَةُ مُكَاتَبِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الرَّاهِنِ (وَعَبْدِهِ الْمَأْذُونِ لَهُ) فِي التِّجَارَةِ فِي قَبْضِ الرَّهْنِ؛ لِاسْتِقْلَالِهِمَا بِالتَّصَرُّفِ.
