(وَإِنْ) اتَّفَقَا عَلَى الْإِذْنِ، (وَاخْتَلَفَا فِي الرُّجُوعِ) هَلْ هُوَ (بَعْدَ التَّصَرُّفِ) أَوْ قَبْلَهُ؛ فَالْقَوْلُ (قَوْلُ رَاهِنٍ) بِيَمِينِهِ عَلَى الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ الْمَذْهَبِ.
