وَأَنَّهُ بِدُونِهِ يَلْزَمُهُ الأُجْرَةُ رَهْنًا .

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ (أَنَّهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الرَّاهِنَ لَوْ زَرَعَهَا (بِدُونِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: بِدُونِ إذْنِ الْمُرْتَهِنِ؛ (يَلْزَمُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الرَّاهِنَ (الْأُجْرَةُ) ؛ أَيْ: أُجْرَةُ مِثْلِ الْأَرْضِ الْمَرْهُونَةِ تَكُونُ (رَهْنًا) مَعَهَا تَغْلِيظًا عَلَيْهِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
