(وَلِرَاهِنٍ السَّفَرُ بِمَاشِيَةٍ) مَرْهُونَةٍ (لِيَرْعَاهَا إنْ أَجْدَبَ مَحَلُّ مُرْتَهِنٍ) ، وَالرَّهْنُ بَاقٍ عَلَى لُزُومِهِ؛ لِعَدَمِ زَوَالِ يَدِ الْمُرْتَهِنِ عَنْهُ حُكْمًا.
