وَكَذَا لَوْ تَغَيَّرَ حَالُ مُرْتَهِنٍ؛ فَلِرَاهِنٍ دَفْعُهُ لِحَاكِمٍ يَضَعُهُ فِي يَدِ عَدْلٍ،
