(وَ) لَوْ قَالَ: (رَهَنْتنِي عَبْدَك) هَذَا (بِأَلْفٍ، فَقَالَ) مَالِكُهُ: (بَلْ غَصَبْتَنِيهِ؛ أَوْ) قَالَ: (هُوَ وَدِيعَةٌ عِنْدَك أَوْ عَارِيَّةُ؛ فَقَوْلُ رَبِّهِ) سَوَاءٌ (اعْتَرَفَ بِالدَّيْنِ أَوْ لَا) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ عَدَمُ الرَّهْنِ.
