(لَكِنْ لَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُرْتَهِنِ - إذَا عَمَرَ - (أَخْذُ أَعْيَانِ آلَتِهِ) الَّتِي عَمَرَ بِهَا؛ لِأَنَّهَا عَيْنُ مَالِهِ مَا لَمْ تَخْرُجْ عَنْ مِلْكِهِ (فَقَطْ) ؛ أَيْ: دُونَ ثَمَنِ مَاءٍ وَرَمَادٍ وَطِينٍ وَجِصٍّ وَنَوْرَةٍ وَأُجْرَةِ مُعَمِّرِينَ، وَكَذَا مُسْتَأْجِرٌ وَوَدِيعٌ.
