وَإِنْ كَانَ يَسْتَغْرِقُ قِيمَتَهُ؛ نُقِلَ الْجَانِي رَهْنًا عنْد الآخَرْ،

(وَإِنْ كَانَ) الْأَرْشُ (يَسْتَغْرِقُ قِيمَتَهُ؛ نُقِلَ الْجَانِي) ، فَجُعِلَ (رَهْنًا عَنْهُ) الْمُرْتَهِنُ (الْآخَرُ) ؛ لِمَا سَبَقَ، وَلَا يُبَاعُ حَتَّى يَحِلَّ دَيْنُهُ.
