(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَيَسْقُطُ الضَّمَانُ) عَنْ الضَّامِنِ فَقَطْ، فَتَبْرَأُ ذِمَّتُهُ بِإِبْرَاءِ رَبِّ الْحَقِّ قَوْلًا وَاحِدًا، وَلِرَبِّ الدَّيْنِ مُطَالَبَةُ الْمَدِينِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
