(وَ) لَوْ قَالَ جَائِزُ التَّصَرُّفِ مَثَلًا: (اعْتِقْ عَبْدَك، أَوْ طَلِّقْ امْرَأَتَكَ وَعَلَيَّ كَذَا) ؛ أَيْ: أَلْفٌ مَثَلًا (أَوْ) عَلَيَّ (مَهْرُهَا) ، فَطَلَّقَهَا؛ (لَزِمَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْقَائِلَ مَا الْتَزَمَهُ.
