(وَ) لَوْ قَالَ لِزَيْدٍ: (بِعْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: بِعْ عَمْرًا مَثَلًا (عَبْدُك بِمِائَةٍ وَعَلَيَّ مِائَةٌ أُخْرَى؛ لَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ شَيْءٌ) ، وَالْفَرْقُ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِي الثَّانِي إتْلَافٌ، بِخِلَافِ الْأَوَّلِ.
