(لَا) يَرْجِعُ مُؤَدٍّ عَنْ غَيْرِهِ (زَكَاةً وَنَحْوَهَا) مِمَّا يَفْتَقِرُ إلَى نِيَّةٍ؛ كَكَفَّارَةٍ؛ لِأَنَّهَا لَا تُجْزِئُ بِغَيْرِ نِيَّةٍ مِمَّنْ هِيَ عَلَيْهِ،
