مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَكِنْ يَرْجِعُ ضَامِنُ الضَّامِنِ عَلَيْهِ) ؛ أَيْ: عَلَى الضَّامِنِ (وُجُوبًا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ إنَّمَا قَصَدَ الدَّفْعَ عَنْ الَّذِي ضَمِنَهُ دُونَ الْأَصِيلِ، (وَهُوَ) ؛ أَيْ: الضَّامِنُ لِلْأَصِيلِ يَرْجِعُ (عَلَى الْأَصِيلِ) الْمَضْمُونِ عَنْهُ.
