(وَإِنْ أُحِيلَ) ؛ أَيْ: أَحَالَ رَبَّ الدَّيْنِ بِهِ (عَلَى الضَّامِنِ؛ فَلَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الضَّامِنِ (مُطَالَبَةُ الْمَضْمُونِ) عَنْهُ (بِمُجَرَّدِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْحَوَالَةِ؛ كَالِاسْتِيفَاءِ مِنْهُ،
