وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَمِثْلُهُ أَطْعِمْ هَذَا الْفَقِيرَ، أَوْ أَعْطِهِ أَوْ هَذَا الشَّاعِرَ أَوْ الظَّالِمَ كَذَا،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَمِثْلُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: مِثْلُ أَعْطِهِ كَذَا فِي الْحُكْمِ لَوْ قَالَ شَخْصٌ لِآخَر: (أَطْعِمْ هَذَا الْفَقِيرَ، أَوْ أَعْطِهِ) كَذَا، (أَوْ) أَعْطِ (هَذَا الشَّاعِرَ) كَذَا، (أَوْ) أَعْطِ هَذَا (الظَّالِمَ كَذَا) ، فَفَعَلَ؛ لَمْ يَرْجِعْ عَلَى الْآمِرِ بِشَيْءٍ.
