وَأَعْطِهِ كَذَا فَفَعَلَ لَمْ يَرْجِعْ عَلَى الآمِرِ إلَّا أَنْ يَقُولَ: أَعْطِهِ عَنِّي.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) إنْ قَالَ شَخْصٌ آخَرُ: (أَعْطِهِ) [أَيْ:] فُلَانًا (كَذَا) ؛ أَيْ: أَلْفًا مَثَلًا، (فَفَعَلَ) ؛ أَيْ أَعْطَاهُ الْأَلْفَ؛ (لَمْ يَرْجِعْ) الْمُعْطِي (عَلَى الْآمِرِ) بِشَيْءٍ؛ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ (إلَّا أَنْ يَقُولَ: أَعْطِهِ عَنِّي) ، فَيَرْجِعُ عَلَيْهِ حِينَئِذٍ.
