(وَلَوْ أَبَانَهَا) بِطَلَاقِ ثَلَاثٍ أَوْ أَقَلَّ (فَصَالَحَهَا عَلَى مَالٍ لِتَتْرُكَ دَعْوَاهَا) الطَّلَاقَ؛ (لَمْ يَجُزْ) الصُّلْحُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يُحِلُّ حَرَامًا.
