(وَلَمْ يُمْكِنْ مَا أَخَذَهُ) الزَّوْجُ مِنْ الْعِوَضِ (صُلْحًا) عَنْ دَعْوَى الزَّوْجِيَّةِ فِي الْأُولَى (خُلْعًا) ؛ لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَبْذُلْهُ فِي مُقَابَلَةِ إبَانَتِهَا؛ لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَعْتَرِفْ بِالزَّوْجِيَّةِ حَتَّى تَطْلُبَ الْإِبَانَةَ،
