مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا) يَصِحُّ (صُلْحُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: رَبِّ الْغُصْنِ أَوْ الْعِرْقِ (عَنْ ذَلِكَ) ؛ أَيْ: بَقَائِهِ كَذَلِكَ (بِعِوَضٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّ شَغْلَهُ لِمِلْكِ الْآخَرِ لَا يَنْضَبِطُ، (وَلَا) صُلْحَ (مَنْ مَالِ حَائِطُهُ لِمِلْكِ غَيْرِهِ، وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: رَبَّ الْحَائِطِ الْمَائِلِ
