(نَقْضُهُ) ؛ لِأَنَّ مَيْلَهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ فِعْلِهِ، (أَوْ)

؛ أَيْ: وَلَا يَصِحُّ صُلْحُ مَنْ (زَلِقَ) ؛ أَيْ: زَلَّ (خَشَبُهُ) إلَى مِلْكِ غَيْرِهِ بِعِوَضٍ؛ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ (وَيُزَالُ زَائِدٌ مِنْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْحَائِطِ وَالْخَشَبِ.
