وَيَجُوزُ سَفَرُهُ قَبْلَ المَنْعِ أَوْ الطَّلَبِ ،

(وَيَجُوزُ سَفَرُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَدِينُ (قَبْلَ الْمَنْعِ) ؛ أَيْ: قَبْلَ مَنْعِ غَرِيمِهِ إيَّاهُ مِنْ السَّفَرِ (أَوْ) قَبْلَ (الطَّلَبِ) .
